Description
Rabishield is indicated as passive antibody component of post-exposure Prophylaxis of rabies infection, when given to individuals with suspected Rabies exposure.
If anatomically feasible, the full dose of Rabishield should be thoroughly infiltrated in the area around and into the wounds. Any remaining volume Should be injected intramuscularly at a site distant from vaccine administration.
DOSAGE
The recommended dose of Rabishield is 3.33 IU/kg body Weight
